Gründung von ORVĒA - Ästhetische Medizin in Berlin Mitte

The founding of ORVĒA stems from my long-standing passion for aesthetic medicine and the commitment to offering modern treatment concepts at the highest medical standard. Over many years, I completed numerous advanced trainings and specialized courses in aesthetic and minimally invasive treatments to provide patients with the utmost medical quality.

Together with Katharina, this evolved into the vision of rethinking aesthetic medicine in a more modern and holistic context. Through my many years of work in cardiac and especially vascular surgery, I developed a high degree of precision and a delicate touch when handling the finest anatomical structures, which shapes a significant part of my work in aesthetic medicine today. For me, it's all about using finely tuned treatments to naturally enhance your radiance and well-being.

Specialist in Cardiac Surgery

I completed my residency in cardiac surgery at the German Heart Center of the Charité and worked there clinically for many years. At the same time, I dedicated myself intensively to scientific research and published several papers on topics such as bypass surgery and left atrial appendage closure. The close connection between clinical work and research early on reinforced my evidence-based medical standards and my interest in modern, long-term treatment concepts.

At the same time, my interest grew in looking at health not just through the lens of acute medicine, but also focusing on prevention, regeneration, and lasting well-being. Topics like heart health and longevity thus became an important part of my current understanding of modern healthcare and holistic medicine.

Resident in Surgery

During my time as a resident, I gained experience in general, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and plastic surgery in Germany and Switzerland. Working in various clinics and international teams early on gave me a versatile and interdisciplinary perspective on modern medicine, different treatment concepts, and patient-centered care.

In particular, the combination of acute surgical medicine and plastic-reconstructive procedures expanded my understanding of how closely functionality, naturalness, and well-being are intertwined. Especially in plastic surgery, I developed a strong feel for tissue, refined suturing techniques, and an eye for harmonious proportions that continue to heavily influence my work today.

Medical Studies at Charité Berlin

I completed my medical studies at the Free University of Berlin and Humboldt University of Berlin. Early on, I was fascinated by the biological and genetic connections of the human body as well as the combination of science, problem-solving, and operative medicine. The complexity of medical processes and the opportunity to directly influence health and quality of life through knowledge and technique sparked my long-term passion for surgery during my studies.

During my practical year, I gained international clinical experience at renowned institutions in New York, Houston, and Bern. The different healthcare systems, working methods, and medical focuses broadened my perspective on medicine far beyond national borders. At the same time, this period sparked my personal interest in the factors that sustainably influence long-term health, regeneration, and physical well-being.

I.
INDIVIDUAL ANATOMY

At ORVĒA, the focus is on harmonious, natural results. Proportions, dynamics, and tissue are precisely analyzed to create results that take into account each individual’s unique beauty.

II.
SKIN REGENERATION

Our treatments are designed to improve the quality and function of the skin in the long term. Through targeted stimulation, we support skin renewal and strengthen its natural resilience.

III.
COLLAGEN STIMULATION

A key approach involves activating the body’s own mechanisms, such as collagen production. Through targeted stimulation, we promote firmness, stability, and a long-term improvement in skin density and texture.

IV.
Longevity

In addition to targeted aesthetic treatments, we support the body through personalized longevity programs—with the goal of promoting energy, balance, and a healthy appearance in the long term.

V.
Cellular health

Health begins at the cellular level. By specifically supporting cellular function with essential nutrients, amino acids, and vitamins, we lay the foundation for performance, recovery, and a stable balance throughout the entire body.

VI.
Prevention

Our focus in all treatments is on early, targeted prevention. Through precise interventions and individually tailored approaches, we consciously support the aging process and preserve natural structures over the long term.
