Endolift® Laser

from €999

Endolift® is a minimally invasive laser treatment that can effectively tighten sagging skin and specifically reduce unwanted fat without surgery. Depending on the treatment goal, Endolift® can be used for skin tightening alone, for targeted fat reduction, or for a combination of both effects. The treatment thus offers an effective option for a non-surgical facelift and the targeted contouring of various areas of the face and body.

Before the treatment, the entire treatment area is thoroughly numbed with a local anesthetic. An ultra-fine laser fiber is then inserted directly under the skin, where it delivers controlled heat to the tissue. This thermal energy causes the existing collagen fibers to contract immediately while simultaneously stimulating the formation of new collagen. This tightens and firms the skin from the inside out. Through this process, tissue firmness continues to improve even after the treatment is complete.

In addition to skin tightening, Endolift® can also be used specifically to reduce unwanted fat. The controlled heat damages fat cells in the treated area, which are then broken down by the body’s natural processes. On the face, for example, Endolift® can be used to reduce a double chin, address jowls, or create a more defined jawline. Targeted facial slimming is also possible to make the face appear slimmer and more contoured in specific areas. At the same time, the tissue is tightened, which can result in particularly natural and defined contours.

Endolift® is also suitable for targeted tightening and contouring of smaller areas of the body. For example, it can be used to treat fat in the lower abdomen and underarm areas, as well as sagging skin on the abdomen, such as after pregnancy or weight loss.

The first changes may be visible immediately after treatment. However, the results continue to develop over the following weeks, as both the formation of new collagen and the body’s natural breakdown of the treated fat cells take time. The final results are usually visible after about three months. Depending on your initial condition and desired outcome, a single treatment may be sufficient. In cases of more pronounced skin laxity or larger fat deposits, the results can be gradually optimized through additional sessions.

FAQ
What is Endolift® and how does the treatment work?

Endolift® is a minimally invasive laser treatment for skin tightening, fat reduction, and body contouring. An ultra-fine laser fiber is inserted under the skin, where it delivers controlled heat. This causes collagen fibers to contract, stimulates new collagen production, and allows for targeted treatment of unwanted fat cells.

Can Endolift® tighten the skin without surgery?

Yes, Endolift® was developed specifically for minimally invasive skin tightening without surgery. The laser energy acts directly on the tissue, stimulating collagen production there. This allows sagging skin to become firmer and tighter without the need for a surgical facelift or major incisions.

Who is Endolift® suitable for?

Endolift® is suitable for patients who want to tighten sagging skin, define specific facial contours, or reduce unwanted fat without undergoing surgery. The treatment is particularly beneficial for loss of skin firmness, jowls, an undefined jawline, a double chin, or targeted facial slimming.

Which areas can be treated with Endolift®?

Endolift® can be used on the face and various areas of the body, particularly in problem areas with unwanted fat or moderately sagging skin that are difficult to improve through exercise or weight loss alone. On the face, the treatment focuses primarily on contouring the jawline and chin, treating jowls and double chins, and tightening the neck. On the body, for example, a stubborn lower abdomen or sagging abdominal skin following pregnancy or weight loss can be treated. Troublesome fat in the underarm area, so-called “bra bulges” on the back, as well as areas on the hips, “saddlebags,” thighs, upper arms, or above the knees are also suitable for treatment. Endolift® should not be equated with liposuction or surgical skin tightening; rather, it is suitable for targeted, minimally invasive corrections of moderate extent.

Endolift® for Double Chins, Jowls, and an Indefinite Jawline: How Does It Work?

Endolift® makes it possible to treat multiple causes of sagging facial contours at the same time. Unwanted fat can be reduced and sagging tissue tightened simultaneously. This helps reduce a double chin and jowls and more clearly define the jawline and chin area.

Is Endolift® suitable for facial slimming, and can it make the face look slimmer?

Endolift® can be used for targeted facial slimming when unwanted fat in the lower face contributes to softer or broader facial contours. By treating specific areas, the jawline and chin area in particular can appear more defined, and the face as a whole can appear slimmer and more contoured.

Can Endolift® tighten the abdomen and reduce fat in the lower abdomen?

Endolift® can be used to tighten the abdominal skin and specifically reduce fat in the lower abdomen. The treatment is particularly effective for stubborn areas that are difficult to change despite exercise and weight loss. However, in cases of significant excess skin or large amounts of fat, Endolift® is not a substitute for surgical treatment.

Is Endolift® suitable for a tummy tuck after pregnancy?

After pregnancy, the skin on the abdomen may lose its firmness or appear saggy despite postpartum recovery and exercise. For changes of a moderate degree, Endolift® can be used to specifically tighten the abdominal skin and improve the contour of the lower abdomen. In cases of significant excess skin, Endolift® is not equivalent to a surgical tummy tuck.

When will I see the results of Endolift®, and how long do they last?

The first changes may be visible immediately after treatment. The results continue to develop over several weeks and can generally be fully assessed after about three months. The results can last for several years, although the natural aging process and significant weight fluctuations may affect the long-term outcome.

Is Endolift® painful, and does the treatment require any downtime?

Before the Endolift® treatment, the entire area is thoroughly numbed with a local anesthetic. As a result, the treatment is generally well tolerated. There is usually no downtime. However, temporary swelling, redness, tenderness, or bruising may occur.
